Equally, if you're not into combat or turn-based strategies, you should probably give it a miss it's essentially all that the gameplay consists of. However, there is very little (if any) in the way of open-world exploration, so if you're expecting something along the lines of Final Fantasy, you'll be disappointed.
Disgaea 2 is definitely an enjoyable experience if you're into story-driven games or JRPGs in general.
